Our loaves also freeze superbly.  With a little time in the oven, they will come out tasting like you just made it.  (Don't worry, we won't tell.)


Batter Up Bistro makes its bread the way it began from the beginning, and we believe in this old school scratch making process using pure, simple, minimal ingredients often being just flour, water, salt, and yeast. We take our time making each loaf and we bake them in a stone hearth oven, which gives the bread a crisper, more flavorful crust. 

We won't sacrifice taste by rushing the process.  We believe that the hours and craftsmanship invested are by far worth the wait!
